This is a pretty good sauce for it being non-fat except for whatever bit of fat is in the parmesan. It has a good flavor but should only be used if you are on a Non-Fat diet or just not wanting the calories. Butter, of course, will make it better.
What you need:
· 1 c. Milk
· 1 TB Flour
· 3 TB Parmesan
· ½ t Garlic
What you do:
1. Whisk the flour into the milk before it goes in the pan
2. Heat in a pan and add parmesan, Garlic and salt
3. Let thicken a little bit without over cooking.
4. Pour it on stuff. Maybe turkey meatballs. Maybe not.
