Dijon Dressing

Very easy to make and goes great on any salad.  We really like to keep our dressings as fresh
as we can and only use normal, natural ingredients instead of all the “stuff” you find in a lot of
the bottled dressings.  Once you get your family used to eating real food you’ll have a hard time
giving them the pre-made stuff.  Our bodies just like this better

3       T.       Olive Oil
1       T.       Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4    t.       Dijon Mustard
1/2     t.      Sea Salt
1/4     t.       Spike or herb blend (tarragon, dill, basil)
Fresh ground black pepper

1. Whisk all ingredients together
